- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models for various applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and integrate solutions into existing products.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices.
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and data preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training.
- Evaluate and benchmark model performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and key AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for MLOps and scalable deployments.
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex analytical challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
