Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and algorithms for various applications.
- Conduct research and experimentation to identify optimal AI techniques and architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to integrate AI solutions into products.
- Optimize model performance, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring robust production systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning research.
- Contribute to the entire AI lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI development.
- Document designs, code, and processes thoroughly for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex research into practical applications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team.
