Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and algorithms for various applications.
- Conduct research and experimentation to advance the state-of-the-art in AI, machine learning, and deep learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, efficiency, and scalability in production environments.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ML infrastructure to support model training and deployment.
- Evaluate the performance of AI models, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
- Stay current with the latest AI research, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production setting.
- Proficiency in Python and strong experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with data processing and manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
