- Design, develop, and implement novel Large Language Models and their applications, from research to production deployment.
- Fine-tune, optimize, and evaluate existing LLMs for specific tasks and domain-specific requirements.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in NLP, neural networks, and generative AI to improve model performance and capabilities.
- Develop robust MLOps pipelines for training, testing, and deploying LLMs at scale.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate LLM features into our core products.
- Analyze and interpret complex data, model outputs, and experimental results to drive iterative improvements.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in LLM research and competitive landscape, proposing new technologies and methodologies.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, mentorship, and continuous learning within the AI team.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a significant focus on Large Language Models and NLP.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of various LLM architectures (e.g., Transformers, BERT, GPT variants) and their underlying principles.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and managing large textual datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools for model deployment and monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
