Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art NLP models and algorithms for various applications, including text generation, summarization, and question answering.
- Conduct extensive research into new NLP techniques, large language models (LLMs), and deep learning architectures to enhance model performance and capabilities.
- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and innovative NLP solutions.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing NLP models for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy on large datasets.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for NLP model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Contribute to the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and NLP research, applying relevant findings to ongoing projects.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying NLP models, with a strong focus on deep learning techniques.
- Expertise in Python and relevant NLP/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, spaCy.
- Proven experience with large language models (LLMs), their architectures (e.g., Transformer), fine-tuning, and application.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
