Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and refine ethical guidelines and frameworks for AI research, development, and deployment across all product lines.
- Conduct comprehensive ethical reviews and impact assessments for new AI technologies and features, identifying potential biases, risks, and societal implications.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate fairness, transparency, and accountability principles into AI model design and evaluation.
- Advise leadership and product teams on emerging ethical challenges and regulatory landscapes related to AI, providing actionable recommendations.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional working groups to foster a culture of responsible AI within the organization.
- Represent Innovate AI Solutions at industry conferences, academic forums, and public discussions on AI ethics and policy.
- Contribute to the development of training programs and educational resources to enhance AI ethics awareness among employees.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Philosophy, Ethics, Law, Public Policy, Computer Science, or a related field with a strong focus on AI ethics.
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy within a tech company, research institution, or government body.
- Deep understanding of current ethical challenges in AI, including bias, fairness, privacy, accountability, and explainability.
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical and philosophical concepts into practical, actionable guidance for technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating ambiguous and rapidly evolving ethical landscapes.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and technologies (e.g., neural networks, natural language processing, computer vision).
- Experience working with diverse teams and fostering inclusive discussions around sensitive ethical topics.
