- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance our capabilities.
- Optimize existing machine learning models for performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and analysis to validate model effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
