Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Engineer and deploy robust AI solutions into production environments (MLOps).
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to define problem statements, gather requirements, and deliver AI-powered features.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data analysis to support model development.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and interpretability of AI models through rigorous testing and validation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI infrastructure and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in AI/Machine Learning engineering or data science roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML development and deployment.
- Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
