Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques and technologies.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
- Evaluate and iterate on models using rigorous testing and validation methodologies.
- Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior engineers within the team.
- Document technical designs, processes, and experimental results clearly.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Familiarity with data processing and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, SQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts.
