Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define project requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Conduct extensive research and experimentation to identify optimal ML approaches and techniques.
- Optimize existing ML models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
- Build and maintain robust ML pipelines, ensuring data quality, model training, and deployment automation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and integrate relevant innovations into our products.
- Document technical designs, methodologies, and findings for internal knowledge sharing.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production setting.
- Proficiency in Python and strong experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning) and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
