Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to define problem statements, collect data, and evaluate model performance.
- Deploy and maintain ML models in production environments, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Optimize existing ML algorithms for performance, accuracy, and computational efficiency.
- Conduct research into new AI/ML technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our offerings.
- Develop and implement robust MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data analysis to prepare datasets for model training.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning concepts, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, particularly with ML services.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
