Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Conduct extensive research and experimentation to identify optimal AI/ML techniques and architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Optimize existing AI/ML models for performance, efficiency, and scalability in production environments.
- Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technology, applying new knowledge to enhance our solutions.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data analysis to prepare datasets for model training.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our AI roadmap and mentor junior engineers.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as an AI/Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for MLOps, model deployment, and data management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
