Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy robust Natural Language Processing (NLP) models and algorithms.
- Conduct research and experiment with state-of-the-art NLP techniques, including large language models (LLMs), transformers, and neural networks.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing NLP models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to integrate NLP solutions into our core products.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for NLP model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, and NLP research, contributing to our innovation pipeline.
- Contribute to the entire machine learning lifecycle, from data collection and feature engineering to model deployment and maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Demonstrated experience with various NLP tasks (e.g., text classification, NER, sentiment analysis, machine translation, summarization, generative AI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing ML models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct independent research.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
