Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI project requirements and objectives.
- Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for various applications, including computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Conduct extensive data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
- Evaluate and improve the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of AI models.
- Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and integrate new techniques as appropriate.
- Contribute to the overall architectural design and strategy for AI initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and deep learning architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for MLOps and AI services.
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
