Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform extensive data analysis, explore large datasets, and identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Conduct A/B testing and other statistical experiments to validate model performance and impact.
- Present complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data science practices and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in relevant data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and experimental design.
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of deploying data science models into production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
