Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end machine learning projects, from data exploration and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision) to solve complex business problems.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure scalability, reliability, and reproducibility of ML models in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, research) to define problem statements, gather requirements, and deliver impactful AI solutions.
- Perform rigorous statistical analysis, A/B testing, and model evaluation to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Optimize model inference and training performance, ensuring efficient resource utilization and low-latency predictions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, proposing and prototyping new technologies.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer role, with a strong portfolio of deployed ML projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python and relevant ML/DS libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML model deployment, MLOps, and big data processing.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
