Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models, with a strong focus on NLP techniques, to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities, define project scope, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct extensive data exploration, feature engineering, and model training/evaluation to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Implement and optimize scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, model training, and inference in production environments.
- Research and stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and NLP, integrating new techniques and technologies as appropriate.
- Perform A/B testing and interpret results to drive iterative improvements in model performance and user engagement.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science and/or Machine Learning Engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Extensive experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, topic modeling, and language generation.
- Demonstrated experience deploying ML models into production, preferably within cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
