Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and link building.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (PPC) across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, focusing on bid management, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital assets.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and changes in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing landscapes, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating the value and impact of marketing efforts.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement across client accounts, proposing innovative solutions to enhance online visibility and conversions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and SEM.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing successful PPC campaigns and a solid understanding of Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are highly preferred.
