Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line and second-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, peripherals, and software applications for new and existing employees.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN, to ensure continuous access to company resources.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems, adhering to security best practices.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and system configurations in our ticketing system for knowledge base improvement.
- Assist with IT asset management, including inventory tracking, procurement, and lifecycle management of equipment.
- Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and special IT projects as needed, contributing to infrastructure improvements.
- Educate users on IT best practices, new technologies, and security awareness to promote a secure and efficient work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support role, help desk, or technical customer service position.
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems, including troubleshooting and administration.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365/Office 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD).
- Experience with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow) and remote support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to support.
