Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues for internal employees via in-person, phone, and remote channels.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations (Windows, macOS, Linux), peripherals, and software applications.
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions across various systems, including Active Directory, Google Workspace, and SaaS platforms.
  • Assist with IT asset management, including inventory, deployment, and decommissioning of equipment.
  • Document technical solutions, procedures, and knowledge base articles to improve efficiency and self-service options.
  • Support network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic server issues, escalating to senior engineers when necessary.
  • Conduct IT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.
  • Participate in ongoing IT projects, contributing to system improvements and technology rollouts.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in an IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support role.
  • Proficiency with operating systems including Windows 10/11, macOS, and basic Linux commands.
  • Strong experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, Zendesk) and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
  • Solid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and wireless technologies.
  • Experience with cloud collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) and video conferencing solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently and independently.
