Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-line technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for local and remote users.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently using our ticketing system, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations (Windows/macOS), mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Assist with user account management, access permissions, and software installations across various platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guides to contribute to a robust knowledge base.
  • Participate in IT asset management, including inventory tracking and lifecycle management of equipment.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades, security initiatives, and infrastructure projects.
  • Educate users on best practices for IT security and efficient technology usage.

Kualifikasi

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support role.
  • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Experience with cloud-based productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar industry certifications are highly preferred.
