Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user workstation problems, including desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and various cloud-based platforms (e.g., Office 365, Google Workspace).
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new hardware and software for employees.
- Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles to improve service efficiency.
- Monitor and respond to service desk tickets promptly, ensuring timely resolution and high user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Educate users on best practices for IT security and efficient use of company systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk or Support Specialist role.
- Strong proficiency with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and macOS environments.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration and support.
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and Wi-Fi configurations.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 30 lbs.
