Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first and second-tier technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to internal staff, both remotely and in-person.
  • Manage and resolve IT service tickets efficiently through our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with users.
  • Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of workstations (Windows, macOS), peripherals, and mobile devices.
  • Assist with user account management, including onboarding new employees, offboarding, and access rights management across various platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, VPNs, and basic server health, escalating complex issues to senior engineers.
  • Create and update comprehensive IT documentation, including knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and process workflows.
  • Educate users on IT best practices, security protocols, and the effective use of corporate software and hardware.
  • Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations, under the guidance of senior IT staff.

Kualifikasi

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems, including troubleshooting and administration.
  • Solid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and experience with network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with cloud-based productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace administration).
  • Familiarity with identity management systems like Active Directory or Azure AD.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service and user education.
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 30 lbs and work occasionally outside of standard business hours for maintenance or critical support.
