Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently using our IT Service Management (ITSM) system, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- Onboard new employees by setting up workstations, accounts, and providing initial IT orientation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and various business applications.
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN, and printer configurations.
- Maintain IT inventory, track assets, and manage equipment deployment and recovery processes.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or relevant vendors when necessary, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in an IT Support or Help Desk role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems, including troubleshooting common issues.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) administration and support.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a patient and professional demeanor.
