Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first and second-tier technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, and in-person for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and peripheral problems.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory and other SaaS platforms.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS) and business applications.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and procedures accurately in our ticketing system.
- Assist with network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic router/switch configuration.
- Participate in IT asset management, including inventory, deployment, and decommissioning.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger projects and infrastructure improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience with Active Directory user and group management.
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.
