Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform extensive data exploration, cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare data for model training.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problem statements, project scope, and success metrics.
- Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on models to ensure optimal accuracy and efficiency.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning techniques.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and model insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python (including libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to develop, deploy, and maintain ML models in production environments.
- Solid understanding of MLOps principles, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
