- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and technical specifications.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Conduct extensive data exploration, feature engineering, and data preprocessing to optimize model performance.
- Research and evaluate new machine learning techniques, tools, and platforms to enhance our capabilities.
- Optimize existing models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Document technical designs, methodologies, and results clearly and concisely.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning), and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Sagemaker).
- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and data warehousing solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering impactful ML solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
