- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models for various applications.
- Lead end-to-end development cycles from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
- Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and evaluate their applicability to our problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure the robustness, reliability, and ethical considerations of all developed AI systems.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and strategic planning for AI initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.
- Expertise in Python and proficiency with key AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and data structures.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for MLOps and scalable AI deployments.
- Ability to design and implement efficient data pipelines and work with large, complex datasets.
