Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust AI/ML models and algorithms for various applications.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Optimize AI models for performance, efficiency, and scalability in production environments.
- Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines to ensure continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI systems.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the architectural vision and strategy for our AI platform, ensuring long-term success.
- Perform rigorous testing, evaluation, and fine-tuning of models to achieve desired accuracy and reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models into production.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with a strong emphasis on Python.
- Proficiency with major machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD for machine learning workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking, and effective communication abilities.
