- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge AI/ML techniques, including deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, product managers) to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous testing, evaluation, and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to the growth of the team's technical capabilities.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and industry best practices.
- Architect scalable and robust AI infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Expertise in Python and proficiency with core ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, NumPy, pandas).
- Deep practical experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment and MLOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.
