- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models and AI systems.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to identify and implement novel AI algorithms and techniques.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define project scope, requirements, and technical specifications.
- Optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.
- Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and/or Java.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, robust, and maintainable software systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
