- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/Machine Learning models and algorithms across various domains.
- Architect and implement scalable, robust, and high-performance MLOps pipelines and infrastructure.
- Collaborate effectively with data scientists to translate research prototypes into production-ready AI services.
- Optimize AI models for performance, efficiency, and resource utilization on both cloud and edge environments.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering and AI development.
- Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to drive continuous innovation.
- Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our AI platforms and product roadmaps.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models into production.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (essential), Java, or C++, with a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
- Extensive experience with popular Machine Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical capabilities, and effective communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
