- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of sophisticated AI and machine learning models.
- Architect scalable and robust AI infrastructure to support real-time data processing and model inference.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, data science, and engineering to define requirements and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Optimize AI model performance, accuracy, and efficiency for production environments.

Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed systems.
- Expertise in Python and proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka is a plus.
