- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and integrate solutions into existing products.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct rigorous testing, evaluation, and fine-tuning of AI models to ensure accuracy and robustness.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning research and apply relevant findings.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, pipelines, and deployments.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Expertise in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proven experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or time series analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
