Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the entire lifecycle of AI solution development, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models and and deep learning algorithms.
- Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate new AI technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency across various platforms.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to best practices in AI development and MLOps.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, integrating relevant innovations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed projects.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and managing AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
