- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and algorithms, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI projects, from conceptualization and research to prototyping, productionization, and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product, data science, and engineering, to integrate AI solutions into various platforms.
- Optimize existing AI models for efficiency, accuracy, and resource utilization across diverse computing environments.
- Stay at the forefront of AI, machine learning, and deep learning research, actively evaluating and integrating promising new technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers, foster a collaborative environment, and contribute to the growth of our AI talent pool.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and long-term vision for InnovateAI Labs' AI initiatives and technological roadmap.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of progressive professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production-scale environment.
- Exceptional proficiency in Python and extensive experience with major AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Deep theoretical and practical understanding of machine learning algorithms, advanced deep learning architectures, and expertise in NLP or Computer Vision.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
- Strong command of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices for building robust systems.
- Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with innovative and data-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of successfully delivering high-quality, impactful AI-powered products.
