- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and data scientists, to define AI project requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Architect scalable and robust machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous evaluation, testing, and optimization of AI models for performance and accuracy.
- Mentor junior AI engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning research and apply relevant insights.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of our AI roadmap and technology stack.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Demonstrated expertise in various machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
