- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Architect scalable and robust AI systems and MLOps pipelines for deployment in production environments.
- Conduct thorough research and experimentation to identify optimal AI approaches for complex business challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers, foster best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering culture.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning research and technologies.
- Optimize AI model performance, efficiency, and scalability across various platforms and hardware.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and strategic planning for AI initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production setting.
- Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and NLP/Computer Vision techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines and infrastructure.
