Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML models and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define AI solutions for product features.
- Conduct research and experimentation to explore new AI algorithms and techniques.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.
- Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices within the AI team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and evaluate their potential application.
- Present findings and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployments.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
