Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Drive the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers, to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research, applying innovative techniques to improve existing systems and develop new capabilities.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency on various platforms.
- Contribute to the architectural design and strategic roadmap for our AI infrastructure and platforms.
- Ensure the reliability, interpretability, and ethical considerations of all developed AI systems.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python and solid experience with major ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for MLOps and scalable deployments.
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, data analysis, and experimental design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
