Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning models and NLP algorithms for various applications.
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI projects, from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to define project requirements and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Optimize existing AI/ML models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency using advanced techniques.
- Conduct rigorous testing, evaluation, and fine-tuning of models to ensure robust and reliable performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing research and apply relevant insights.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Document design specifications, technical approaches, and research findings clearly and concisely.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Extensive experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, models (e.g., Transformers, BERT), and libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps principles (CI/CD for ML models).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and solve complex problems independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
