Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms in production environments.
- Lead the entire ML lifecycle, from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, engineering) to define project requirements and deliver robust AI solutions.
- Conduct extensive research into new AI/ML techniques and technologies to identify potential applications and improvements.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and efficiency, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain robust MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Present findings, insights, and model performance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production setting.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and their practical applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
