- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms for various applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, product) to define AI project requirements, scope, and technical specifications.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, evaluate model performance, and iterate on solutions to achieve optimal results.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply cutting-edge techniques to solve real-world problems.
- Optimize existing machine learning systems for efficiency, accuracy, and resource utilization.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Document technical designs, research findings, and operational procedures thoroughly.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision), and statistical modeling.
