Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms across various domains.
- Conduct advanced research into novel AI techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists to translate research prototypes into robust, production-ready systems.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing models for performance, efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Lead the development of MLOps pipelines to automate model training, evaluation, and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices for model development, testing, and documentation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to a high-quality codebase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, particularly with their ML services.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
