Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement highly scalable and robust machine learning models and algorithms.
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI product development, from research and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing and new products.
- Optimize machine learning models for performance, efficiency, and scalability on cloud platforms.
- Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient model deployment and monitoring.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for MLOps, model deployment, and data processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into technical AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
