- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
- Architect and build scalable AI solutions, from research prototypes to production-ready systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to define requirements and deliver innovative products.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation to optimize model performance and ensure robustness.

Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/Machine Learning engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Expertise in Python and proficiency with core ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including MLOps practices.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proven ability to develop and implement machine learning models across various domains (e.g., NLP, Computer Vision, Time Series).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
