Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered features, from research to production deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and other engineering teams to define project requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct extensive research into emerging AI/ML techniques and apply them to real-world challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ensure the integrity, quality, and performance of data used for model training and evaluation.
- Present findings and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Expertise in various machine learning techniques, including deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
