Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms for various applications.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define problem statements, gather data requirements, and deliver robust AI solutions.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing ML models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Conduct extensive research into new AI/ML techniques and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
- Evaluate and select appropriate datasets and data representation methods for ML projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall technical growth of the team.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production setting.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful AI projects from conception to deployment.
