As a Senior Engineer, you will contribute to all phases of the machine learning lifecycle, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment. - Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI/ML strategies and project roadmaps.
- Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Conduct research into new AI/ML technologies and methodologies to enhance product capabilities.
- Optimize existing ML models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices for code quality and model governance.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production setting.
- Expert proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid background in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
