- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define problem statements and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and implement robust data pipelines for training and inference, ensuring data quality and availability.
- Evaluate and experiment with new machine learning techniques, tools, and platforms to improve model performance and efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring of models in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and contribute to best practices in ML engineering.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML research and application.
- Optimize existing ML systems for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, computer vision).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
